Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribal Gaming Commission is a regulatory agency that is responsible for all gaming activities under the laws of the National and State Gaming Commissions within the boundaries Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe’s reservation.

Mission

The Shoalwater Bay Tribal Gaming Commission is to protect tribal assets and to safeguard the public from illegal activities through enforcement of all applicable laws as authorized by the National Indian Gaming Commission, Washington State Gaming Commission and the Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe.
